  1. Scoping Free on-site audit of the existing setup, gathering of needs and operating constraints.
  2. Pricing from plans Each project is priced from plans and approved before work starts. No work is undertaken without a signed approval.
  3. Deployment & acceptance Joint acceptance testing, handover of plans and technical documentation, user training.
  4. Maintenance Under contract: response within 24 business hours, under one hour remotely, under 4 hours on site in Casablanca, 48 hours outside Casablanca. 12-month SADIS warranty.

Frequently asked questions

Why entrust several trades to a single provider?

Because cabling, network, workstations, security and software all depend on one another. A single point of contact prevents a fault or a project from being passed from one contractor to another, and guarantees an end-to-end documented installation.

Is the audit of the existing setup really free?

Yes. The on-site audit of the existing installation is free and precedes any quote. It allows the project to be priced from plans, based on the actual situation.

Do you work outside Casablanca?

Yes. SADIS's operational office is in Casablanca and the company works throughout Morocco and internationally. Under a maintenance contract, the maximum on-site response time is 48 business hours outside Casablanca, and less than 12 hours in an emergency.

Does your work interrupt the company's operations?

Interventions are scheduled to limit disruption, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
